Deliveries to a Business Premises

  • Ask where they would like you to place the parcel maintaining a 2-meter distance from business staff wherever possible.
  • Explain that because we are taking extra precautions over Coronavirus, we do not require a signature.
  • Debrief as DEL.
  • Ask the recipient’s name and enter into the surname field.
  • Enter CV into the signature field.

For Deliveries to residential addresses

  • Place parcel on doorstep.
  • Knock door.
  • Step back two meters.
  • Explain to occupant that due to extra precautions over Coronavirus we will not requiring a signature.
  • Debrief as DEL.
  • Ask their name and enter into the surname field.
  • Enter CV into signature field.

If no one answers door – card in the normal manner and return it to base.

For Leave safe parcels that have specific leave safe instructions in the Special Instruction Field

  • Leave in a safe place.
  • Put a card through the door stating where parcel left.
  • Take a photograph showing the parcel and surrounding environment to identify location.
  • Debrief as LAI as normal.

Ordered Before 1.45 P.M. will be delivered Monday.

Ordered After 1.45 P.M. or Ordered on a weekend will be delivered Tuesday.

**Larger 13.5l Bottled Water and Bottled drinks orders are not suitable for Courier Delivery and will have to be sent via alternative methods, which is charged accordingly. Please contact us or use the “estimate shipping” option on checkout to confirm shipping costs.

Our Couriers delivery times are between 8am & 4pm and will require a signature on delivery, if no one is available they will return the Parcel(s) to the depot and you will need to make arrangements to collect your item(s). For your convenience you can specify an alternative address or designate a safe place to leave the delivery in the comments box with when placing your order, the courier cannot guarantee delivery during individual business opening hours specified.

Royal Mail Delivery

For items posted via Royal Mail using their “Signed For” Service a signature is required on delivery.

If there is no one available to sign Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

Please note that we have no method of passing special requests or delivery instructions to Royal Mail.

Items between Up to 2kg can be sent via Royal Mail as a Medium Parcel (Under the new classifications as of 2/4/2013) This costs between £5.50 and £8.60 dependent on the weight. Items above 2kg are not cost-effective to be sent via Royal Mail Signed For and will be sent via our couriers.

Royal Mail Medium Parcels is also available for Items up to 20kg and costs between £4.40 and £32.40 dependent on weight. Items sent via this service are NOT tracked.

Due to recent changes in customs regulations please contact us if you require items sent to the Channel Islands PRIOR to ordering. Any orders placed without prior contact for delivery to the Channel Islands will be cancelled and refunded.


Please allow up to 48 hours for machines showing in stock. If the machine is out of stock, please contact us for a confirmed delivery date. Larger machines may be charged additional postage, this will however be indicated on the products page. There are no hidden costs.


We will ship what product we have in stock then ship the remainder when stocks arrives – free of charge. We have deliveries every few days so your wait should be minimal. Certain products are ordered on demand and are not eligible for next day delivery. This is stated in the product description of the affected products. Items that are out of stock are highlighted during checkout and at order confirmation.


If items are delivered in error by CafeCasa, please do not open them. Items that have been opened cannot be returned due to food hygiene reasons.

If you have ordered the wrong item, please leave the box intact and contact CafeCasa within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your options.

If you have a faulty or missing product, please contact CafeCasa direct within 24 hours of delivery.
